June 13th 2016

Well… this week was a little bit like the last. But a little less hotter. I thought they were kidding when they told me when you are walking down the street its like you have a hair dryer on high heat all over your body or when your hand is over a really hot fire and you can feel the heat as it begins to burn your skin… THEY WEREN´T JOKING!!!! It was so stinking hot!!! But this week was a little bit better. We don´t go home or anything… nope… we are knocking on doors and praying that someone will let us in. It is also required that in July we start wearing pants… PANTS!!! AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!! None of us except for the new sister missionaries wants to use them… but dengue fever is real… and not fun. I really don´t want to but its okay!!! Hey mom… I think I had 2 pairs of dress pants in my room… if you can find them… could you maybe send them to me? Pretty please? Also we have to have umbrellas and sunglasses… its super weird… but a little necessary here in the heat. We were using the umbrellas to block the pain striking wind that hit our faces… so that was fun. I never knew what it felt like in 122 degrees Farenheit… well now I do. And it is so stinking strong!!! But after the weekend las week we have been counting our blessings because we feel that its “a lot cooler now” at 114 degrees. Tender mercies!!! 😁😢😂😁😁 But honestly I am learning a lot in this weather. Growing spiritually and a little bit physically… more spiritual than physical but thats okay. I am so grateful to hear abuo everyone at the house that you are all doing so great!!! We are working here with Familia Vasquez Gamez a little bit more intensely especially with the Hermano… he didn´t go to church this week but another daughter of Olga did!!!! WHOOO HOOO!!!! We were so stinking excited!!! I don´t know when they will be baptized… but they so will!!! I hope and pray for them every day. We just need to teach the Hermano and they will get married and have an eternal family!!! We need to have the Spirit at 100%!!! He has questions that are a little bit… different but questions are good!!! They are great actually!!! I am so grateful for the opportunity to be with them in this process!!! They are so stinking cool!!! I love them so much!!! I hope that all is well with you at home and am so happy to have received the letter from Kayla!!! I love you so much!!! I hope that you are all pressing forward with this faith that you have in Christ and progressing in the Gospel because really the gospel is true and can bless us and help us in every capacity and every facet in our lives. I know that to be true!!! I hope that they boys are good and that all goes well with online school and searches for work for Michaela and Colton, that Grandma and Grandpa are good health wise that Colton and Aaron are good and you as well mom. I am so grateful to have you in my lives. I am grateful that the Lord has given you to me and that we have had this time together. I know that if we will be obedient to the Lord´s commandments and serve Him, pray, read, fast and go to church that He will bless with the things which we are in need for. If will but have faith He will bless us and give us strength that we need as well. I know that to be true. I love you all and wish you the best. Praying for you!!!!
